Pedestrian Accidents in Florida
Children are some of the most vulnerable parties in pedestrian accidents due to the fact that they are not always paying attention to the roads around them. Between the years 2008 and 2017, it was determined that approximately 5,433 pedestrians lost their lives in horrific collisions due to the negligence of others. If you have suffered losses in a pedestrian accident, especially the loss of a child, you have options for recovery and it is crucial that you seek the help of a wrongful death attorney.
